Pete Newell

Signposts and Departures marks a new direction in Pete Newells's practice, building on twelve years of painting boats, harbours, and water. Developed through access to the archives and the locations of the SS Freshspring Society, Kathleen and May Trust, Rolle Canal Society, and Tarka Valley Railway. The exhibition combines on-site drawing, painted sillouettes, blueprints, and installation work.
