BBC’s Bob Harris and author/music journalist Colin Hall share a mutual love and appreciation of The Beatles. This intimate event includes rare archive audio from Bob Harris’ Old Grey Whistle Test meeting with John Lennon. By 1963 Lennon and McCartney had written so many songs they couldn’t all be accommodated on their own Beatles releases, so it made good sense to offer them to other artists such as Cilla Black, Billy J.
