During this Yoga Class the focus will be on centering back into ourselves and being supported by conscious breathing and gentle movement.
Life challenges us on many levels and so we will use this class to relax and calm the mind. To feel nourished and supported by becoming aware of our breath and our body and using this ancient practice to support us in our everyday life.
Meriel is a mature experienced Yoga teacher who will guide you through this journey.
This class is open to all, no experience necessary. Mats are provided if you don't have one. Please wear comfy clothing.
Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
